History: Geoffrey hails from a village terrorized by brigands. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now owns his own business.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
