History: Ootah hails from a village terrorized by brigands. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many brigands want her driven away.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and she's looking for her big break

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dwarves became a terror of the countryside. She tends to her Bookbinder job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Bookbinder responsibilities is difficult.

History: She was born in the south. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Banker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and halfling compassion
