Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fortune-teller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Fortune-teller.

Motivation: To be a Scribe again; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Through the years after Cory was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Cory's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Nikki grew up listening to her mother's many stories. While she appears to be a normal Halfling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
