Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'4" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He likes to wear ponchos typically of a light tan in addition to tight pants. His Stetson hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His brown eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Aramil fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Conrad abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Tiefling artifacts is his passion; and he's looking for his big break

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He takes great joy in being the best Layabout in town.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Layabout for hire.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Layabout responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His first spouse was a Soapmaker, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His childhood dream was to be a Soapmaker, but he was a colossal failure. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Baker for hire.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and balancing his hectic life and new baker responsibilities is difficult
