History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Xanaphia grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. In her 17th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tiefling in existence. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Mayor.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and money/treasure
