Description: A plain young-adult woman, she tends to wear a large red jacket. Her red hair is greasy and uncared for. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Verna was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Ploughman kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Mercenary work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mercenary work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 6 years.

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. She has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Shoemaker. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 5'4". He wears long strands of emerald and short brown dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths, and his gloved hand is found clutching a whip. His hair is short and brown. His brown eyes peer out from beneath his small brown hat.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Bernard embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Helja lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion
