History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Brewer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Brewer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He tends to his Brewer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Ortegar was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
