Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. She has slicked back chestnut hair. Her green eyes peer out from beneath her broad white hat.
Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: Born in the west to a Sailor, Jo learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.
Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter.

Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he wears dull grey sweaters, loose brown pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed pickaxe, just in case. His red hair is smooth and relatively long. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady green eyes.
Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: Norman hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Norman took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up pickaxe and armor he uses now. He now owns his own business.
Motivation: To be a Gardener again.

Description: She is of a modest build and height, but she carries herself more imposing than she is. She tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. She has shaved her head bald. She wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.
History: Quilla was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Her first spouse was a Cartwright, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.
Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Description: This tall, slender woman dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. She has black hair. She has gold eyes.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and she desires to right it; and a deep hatred of goblins

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.
History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle.
