History: Hamil was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Through the years after Hamil was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. History: She was born into a rich family. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She was granted arcane powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: To be a Miller again; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it
