History: Neega was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Personality: Phelaia is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: She got into the Miller business at a young age. In her 14th year, her parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Phelaia alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Miller.
