History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and wishes to resurrect an old love

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

History: Born to a Cook, her mother struggled to pay the bills. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Cook they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Armorer, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
