History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his mother's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered gnolls who tried to eat his hand. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Roger grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Roger. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it.
