History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Watson and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. A gifted student she started as a Herbalist, but she got bored and became a Fortune-teller. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Fortune-teller for the past few years.

Motivation: To be a Herbalist again; and sabotage a competitor

A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions.
