History: Gifted from a young age, Golm studied abroad. His first spouse was a Sculptor, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Golm fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Through the years after Tree was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Tree's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and he wants revenge against dire rats

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Findex has worked very hard to control her curse. She was granted divine powers by her dying brother.

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Numba was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Numba decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and seeks redemption
