Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'4" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His fur is greying and his face has many wrinkles. Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Smoking was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His first spouse was a Fisher, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Fisher they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Shoemaker, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and wants to raise his children well

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing writing.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: Cecily was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She bought a flail and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: She feels threatened by others; and balancing her hectic life and new crown-heir responsibilities is difficult
