Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Fonkin was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
