During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. History: Althaea was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Ranger, to bring honor to her family’s name. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Herbalist hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Sariel took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up bastard sword and armor she uses now. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. After a long history of fighting, Oppleby and his spouse have recently divorced.
