History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Orcs in the west were limited. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: Garl lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.
