History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered illithids who tried to eat his hand. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Caelynn was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Healer responsibilities is difficult.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Akta was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. In her 13th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
