She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has worked as a Carpenter like her father before her.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and doesn't want to be a carpenter and was forced into it by her family

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 15 years.
