History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has achieved small success as a Locksmith.

Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
