Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Chem was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members.
