Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: She was born in a small island village. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Tree grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Tree. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Gesrethe was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Scribe profession.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Broce was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Body Guard for the past few years.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He works hard and plays hard.

History: Raer hails from a village terrorized by giants. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tabaxi companion (his 'brother'). He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
