History: Kilvar lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

History: Odo was born with his mother's beautiful face. Odo abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: Her martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. During her travels, Vaina and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Vaina discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Vaina fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.
