Description: She is a physically imposing dark-skinned woman. She typically wears white cloth garments or leather armor. Her red hair is long and unkept. She wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.
History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. In her 12th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Tawna alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He has all his life been fascinated with painting.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Barber. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. His brown hair has been sun bleached extensively. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Morg was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.
History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her parents enrolled her in a Wizard school at a young age so that she could practice her psionic talents. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and she is terrified, and will act out of fear

Description: She is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing violet cape and mantle trimmed with soft grey waves gently in the breeze. She sports a flattop hair cut. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.
History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Fletcher for hire.
Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and sabotage a competitor
