Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born to a Crown-heir, her mother struggled to pay the bills. She moved out south to avoid the crime she committed. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions
