History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Amnon alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Gorbundus was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His childhood dream was to be a Ploughman, but he was a colossal failure. He has never given up on his singing dream.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and balancing his hectic life and new ruler responsibilities is difficult
