Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Sapply embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

She wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Sellsword they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Locksmith, and she later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and wants to raise her children well

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. Valida is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Valida lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Ostracized due to the divine powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dwarves became a terror of the countryside. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk; and to be a mortician again

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was born in a small desert village. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he has money and likes to spend it
