Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Burgell was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Burgell decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his painting with anyone who is interested.

History: He was born in the south. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
