History: She comes from a rich eastern family. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Guard. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: He was born in the west. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Farmer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She was raised in a desert tribe. At a young age her mother died while driving off some brigands. Her father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in sickle use. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Sannl was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the brigands.
