Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. At a young age his mother died while driving off some dire rats. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in spear use. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city.
