History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and she wants revenge against brigands

Personality: She hates Tieflings with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Pikar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.
