History: Tana was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Dyer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Dyer work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She struck the Dyer job and began her own company from there.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Through the years after Xanaphia was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east.
