Description: He has a missing left leg. He dresses in black turtlenecks beneath a brown coat with red slacks. He wears a top hat to cover his moderate length brown hair. He is baby faced.
Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: Akoth lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Akoth abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and regain custody of his daughter

Description: He wears tattered old clothes. He carries with him a set of spears on his belt, each one with a jet on the hilt. His long chestnut hair reaches down to his waist. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: He was born in a small forest village. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Hadarai grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Hadarai. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Dagger abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: He is well dressed, constantly wearing a green suit, brown shirt, and blue tie, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'10" when asserting himself. His red hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a Stetson hat. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and seeks redemption

Description: This man is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Bookbinder, and sports empty pouches on his belt. He has styled his white hair well, parting it to the left. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: Blorg was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
