Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. Nurkara is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Tanner and was forced into it by her family.

History: Thoradin was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now mingles about in high society.
