To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Menny. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Medrash was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. In his 18th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
