Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Ortegar isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Ortegar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Ortegar and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform She now mingles about in high society.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He is dressed in earthy colors with a brown and grey handkerchief worn on his right side. His white fur is smooth and relatively long. His eyes are copper and beady.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Unemployed work with an outfit from a few towns over. Unemployed work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. His druidic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Ozyman embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A gifted student he started as a Armorer, but he got bored and became a Jeweler. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
