Description: This malnourished man wears light armors faded through time and improper care. He has dyed his greying auburn hair a little too much giving a sharp auburn color. His eyes are hazel.
Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. Heward enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Heward was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shepherd hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.
Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety.

Description: He wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame, and he perpetually has his pickaxe ready. His silver hair is still thick. His eyes are a pleasant hazel.
Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature pickaxe.
Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: This woman is tall and muscular. She wears a white vest with golden trim over her white shirt. Her blue leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and her white boots flare out at the collars. Her black hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a feathered hat. She wears an eyepatch.
Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Tagga grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Tagga abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and she desires power and/or immortality

Description: His right side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. He sports a flattop hair cut. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Anthony abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He came across an abandoned tomb where he found a relic that called out to him. After picking it up he was cursed by vampirism.

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. She wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with pastel lining and desert motifs. She has moderate length red fur. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep green.
Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She is afraid of women and trembles around them
History: She was born into a rich family. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and regain custody of her son
