When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After months of barely getting by, Mialee managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Knight they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Priest, and she later adopted a second daughter.

History: She was born into a rich family. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his youth he was a Assassin, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger sister on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
