Description: The dark-skinned man stands 3'2" and wears an entirely white suit with green socks and a vest with buckled shoes. He sports a long brown beard, and similarly colored long hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
History: The child of a Butcher, who enjoyed hunting, Hupe was taken on many hunting expeditions. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and money/treasure

Description: Her right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise she appears quite healthy. She wears well tailored gowns and hats with beautiful decoration. She is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. She is bald on top and has large black tufts of hair around her ears. She wears a mask on her face.
Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. Harriet enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Harriet was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Harriet decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she wears grey leather gloves, a grey jacket, and tight pants. Her hair is blonde and curly. Her green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: This woman loves poetry and to teach people poetry more than just about anything. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: Her necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Riswynn took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up sword and armor she uses now. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and further expansion of business

Description: This woman is tall and muscular. She wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. She usually doesn't wear a shirt. Her brown hair, when down, is lengthy. Her gray eyes peer out from beneath her wide-brimmed yellow hat.
Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.
History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She found a children's book about a Half-Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is her passion; and she loathes her own lifestyle

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He wears dark leathers with embroidery. His red hair has been sun bleached extensively. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Gnomish culture. He is an amazing painter.
History: Bathin hails from a village terrorized by brigands. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Bathin grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Bathin. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and a rival would like him out of the picture
