She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Mardred abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has dedicated herself to building a better kind of golem.

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Her father took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is her passion

Description: She wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. She has relatively light skin and is very physically imposing due to her abundance of muscles. She has a very tight haircut. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Veloptima embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Veloptima was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. In her 17th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. After a long history of fighting, Veloptima and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and to reunite with her old friends

Description: He wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with pastel lining and desert motifs. He carries a battered axe and tarnished glaive as well. He has done his best to style his black fur to look like a famous performer. His ears are large.

Personality: Trail wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Rogue, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Trail lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His black hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He has violet eyes and a brown hat with a yellow feather.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.
