He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Howard grew up listening to his father's many stories. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He struck the Fortune-teller job and began his own company from there.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes brigands are coming to abduct people. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Ahvain's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
