Description: A woman with a calm yet intense air about her, she is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. Her black hair is smooth and relatively long. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her violet eyes.

Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Knight. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Born in the west to a Knight, Nalaed learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Knight responsibilities is difficult; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Marshal. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: To unite with his brother; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he is greedy
