Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. A friendly and beautiful Half-Orc, she is rarely seen without a few beauties around her arms. Though a playboy in all rights, she is no lame duck.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Neega was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. While she appears to be a normal Half-Orc, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in.
