Personality: Ulfgar is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Ulfgar was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Ulfgar decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family She moved out south to avoid the crime she committed. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Description: 5'9" and muscular, this western man tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His fur is white and very short. This yellow eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Nimble was born with his mother's beautiful face. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tabaxis in the west were limited. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Description: She is an attractive woman, lean and moderately muscular. She wears a brown cloak and cross-gartered green stockings. Her gray fur is thinning but still full. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her yellow eyes.

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. While she appears to be a normal Tabaxi, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and retire the richest woman in the east

She keeps her long red hair kept up in a rat tail. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. While she appears to be a normal Dwarf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She became a Locksmith soon after.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and to reunite with her absent mother
