Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she prefers to wear flannel. She has styled her dark red hair well, parting it to the left. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Vapula was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Personality: Kite is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: Kite was born the youngest of three triplets. His first spouse was a Miner, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. A gifted student she started as a Courier, but she got bored and became a Barkeep. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 4'2" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She wears a fine chain shirt which she covers with brown colored cloaks and clothing. She has a very tight haircut. Her ears are large.

Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Locksmith who has hired her part-time. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: Riswynn was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Her parents enrolled her in a Druid school at a young age so that she could practice her druidic talents. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Motivation: She's attracted to the PC.

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Elves. His skin is dark but he possesses many pastel ritualistic tattoos. He is renowned for his bright tan suits and hats. He wears a broad hat to cover his moderate length blonde hair. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: Adran wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Ranger, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: Adran lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it
