History: Baern lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: To unite with his brother; and he seems to be bored by most things
