His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Fargrim is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He is a Deep Scion in disguise. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Meena is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She feeds upon the attention of others.

History: Born to a Painter, her father struggled to pay the bills. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Thervan fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Siffress was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. She became a Roofer soon after.
