Personality: He is fixated on the number 23. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and a rival would like him out of the picture

She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Description: A woman of a pale complexion, she wears a red vest and prefers brown and grey shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. She keeps her chestnut hair in a flapper bob. Her eyes are hazel and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Eida was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Rogue, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Rogue in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
