Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. The war was a terrible time for her, and Shanairla does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has worked as a Miner like his mother before him.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Detective born in the past three hundred years. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Detective. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Seamstress. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Description: He wears dark leathers with embroidery. His brown hair and beard is wavy and long. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Half-Orcs.

History: Rendar was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Orcs in the west were limited. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
